About the Role

We are looking for an HR Generalist who will become an important part of the company’s HR function and help ensure effective people management processes.

In this role, you will support employees throughout their journey in the company - from HR administration to supporting managers and improving HR processes.

This position is ideal for a professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow in a professional HR environment.

Responsibilities

  • full HR administration of employees
  • preparation of employment contracts, orders and HR documentation
  • support of hiring, transfer and termination processes
  • maintaining personnel files and HR documentation
  • tracking working time, leaves and sick leaves
  • advising employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
  • participation in the development and improvement of HR processes and internal policies
  • preparation of HR documentation for reporting and audits
  • coordination with accounting and state authorities on HR matters

Requirements

  • higher education (HR, law, economics, management or related field)
  • at least 2 years of experience in HR or HR administration
  • knowledge of the Labor Code of Uzbekistan
  • experience with HR documentation and personnel administration
  • proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team
  • English, Russian and Uzbek languages - working proficiency
